Cute as a Cupcake!

Here is a "Darling Dots" card we made at this week's Stamp Club meeting. Several of the ladies used Dazzling Diamonds to add sparkle to the cupcake frosting and Crystal Effects to make the cherries on top "Pop". We also used the NEW Stampin' Up! exclusive Texture Plates - LOVE them!!
