Twigster Scarf Card

Here is another card featuring Twiggy. His scarf is made from Riding Hood Red Tafetta Ribbon. I wasn't sure about the white edges at first when I saw the ribbon in the catalog, but I'm sold now!

Glad Tidings

This card is simple and cute, don't you think? I like the ribbon around the top of the ornament and I really miss this retired Designer Series Paper. Natalie - what do you think?

Another Ornament

This one is better, I think. I like the cool colors a lot. And the pearls, naturally!

Christmas Ornament #1

Here is a cute Christmas ornament I designed using the Ski Slope paper and Striped GG Ribbon. I'm going to make some more today!

Window Christmas Card

This is a Christmas card that I have been practicing on...do you think it's cute enough for a craft show? I plan on adding a greeting to the front, as soon as my "Best Yet" stamp set arrives in the mail this week. I used last year's In Colors to help reduce my stash of retired paper...let me know how you feel about this one...

I just had to make a Christmas Card with the photo pocket from my birthday promotion. And I love it! I think you could do this card in just about a million ways and it would always look great. I picture a Black & White photo on this one, don't you? Stay tuned for my Christmas Card Challenge - prizes to win!

Birthday Card #3

This is the third card in my series of 3 Birthday cards that you can get the supplies for FREE if you place a $50 order on my Stampin' Up! website. Isn't this card perfect for a little (or big!) girl's birthday? It uses Pretty in Pink and Close to Cocoa. I just love the striped grossgrain ribbon - it ties perfectly every time. Can you tell? I use it on almost every card now!

Here is the second of three birthday cards made with Party Hearty...you'll get the supplies to make these with your $50 order - hurry, this promotion ends on Halloween! The little Bashful Blue scalloped piece is an insert that you can pull out with the ribbon tab. Wouldn't this be a cute way to do your Christmas Cards and include a photo?

Hostess Gift Extravagana

Julie really outdid herself, don't you think? Julie was our hostess for the October stamp club, and she brought these super-adorable little boxes made from our Designer Series Paper and a matching card for me! I stuck the little spider in the web she created on her card - don't you think that would be a cute way to gift the little bugger? (Pun intended!)

Have a lovely day - it is officially getting cold here - yesterday it was too cloudy to take pictures, so I couldn't post on my blog. Sniff!

Lisa's Halloween Card

What a happy day when this card arrived in the mail from Lisa! I love the paper (Stampin' Up!'s paper from last Halloween) and the little spider peeking out from his hole is so cute. Something about white images on black paper is so neat! Thanks Lisa!

Turkey Punch Card

This card was based on the little turkey card I saw in the Stampin' Success magazine availble to Stampin' Up! demonstrators, but I changed the coloring quite a bit to make a modern, snazzy little turkey. I used a rub-on from Chit Chat rubons for the sentiment. Let me know what you think! (Oh, and let me know if you would like to order the scallop circle punch...surely you have enough reasons why you must have one, by now!)

Flower Punch Poinsettia

This card was a labor of love! And it actually was pretty easy, once I got all of the dimensions the way I wanted them. The inside of the card is pictured below and is a cute pop-up Christmas tree. I couldn't get the card to stay open enough to really show you how cute the tree looks upon opening. I think the poinsettia flower turned out amazing on the front. And I accented it with 3 little Barely Banana punched holes from my 1/8" punch and some Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

Gift Card Box

Here is a gift card box that I worked on last night. What do you think? I love the Little Felt Flurries and the Red Riding Hood Taffeta Ribbon. The little white edges of the ribbon are great!

Lots of folks have been asking me how to get the lovely clear gift boxes that I have decorated with Stampin' Up! Product. So, I have purchased some and have them available now on my website.
You can get 20 clear gift boxes (undecorated) for $10, plus $5 shipping for your entire order. (20 will cost $15, 40 will cost $25...and so on).

Deer Friends Nugget Box

Natalie and I came up with this little treat box this afternoon as we were preparing our wares for the Ascension Holiday Bazaar. Do you think it's cute enough for the booth? Email me if you are looking for the cute boxes - I have some pillow boxes coming that I could send to you.

Spooky Spiders, Oh My!

Okay, I saw these the other day on Splitcoast and absolutely LOVE them! We'll make some at our stamp club meeting on Wednesday. Please go to my Stampin' Up! Business Website if you need to order the scallop circle and corner punches.

Snow Swirled Card

A simple, but cute card..perfect for Christmas cards, since there is no additional coloring. Have you ever picked out a cute line drawn image for your Christmas cards, then sat down to make 100 and realize on #2 that you've made a mistake? Yeah..me, too.

Mr. Twigster Card

I am madly in love with Mr. Twigster...don't tell Tony! This is a cute card that actually has a detachable ornament on top. Wouldn't it also be cute with a loved one's picture on the back so that it would be cute from both sides hanging on the Christmas Tree? I think I'll make some of these for the Holiday Bazaar!! Sorry the post is so late...David didn't take a nap and I've been filling kit orders all morning. (But very happy to do so, thank you!!)

Mr. Twigster Layout

I designed this layout for my upcoming Stamp Club Meeting. Clubbers will make the left hand layout at our meeting, using the Ski Slope Designer Series Paper, Mr. Twigster stamp set, the new Riding Hood Red Tafetta ribbon, Little Felt Flurries, and Crystal Effects. What do you think?

Snow Swirled Layout

This is my favorite stamp set from the new catalog - Snow Swirled. Don't you love the snow flakes! Wait until you see the new Christmas cards I'm going to make. I just got my new order in the mail...brown just rang the doorbell! (Feverishly opening box now....). Great new ideas are just hours away! Remember to sign up for stamp club if you are interested, and the Halloween treat boxes are almost gone - place your order before Friday so that they will arrive in time for Halloween!

Calling for Stampers!

Our stamp club meeting calendar begins on Wednesday, October 22nd for a new season of lovely stamped projects. You can come to make a card, a 3-D item, and a scrapbook page from 7pm to 9pm at my house, or you can receive this kit in the mail. This month's theme is Christmas, and each month will vary depending on the season and newly available products.

How does it work?

- Each club is a group of 6 people who commit to place a $25.00 order (before tax & shipping) each month for 6 months. Upon joining, you receive a free Idea Book & Catalog, and mini catalogs as they are released. Long Distance Club Members Only: You will pay a separate charge shipping charge each month for the project kit and merchandise. This will be invoiced to you via paypal. All shipping costs will be kept as low as possible!

- Each member gets to be the hostess one of these 6 months and will earn hostess benefits. Local club only: Each hostess will bring a small snack for the meeting, and I will have a lovely gift for them in return.

- You are guaranteed a minimum of $15.00 in catalog merchandise and one free hostess stamp set during your month. (These are the minimum benefits of a $150 workshop.) Often, sales for the month are much more, due to the fact that the hostess can collect outside orders to boost her sales total.

How to join:

1) Local clubbers - Call me or email if you want to join the club. I will start multiple clubs, depending on demand.
2) Long-distance clubbers - Email your name to me and I'll put your name on a list. Once this list has 6 names, I'll let you know via email, and we will start our club!

Prehistoric Pals

This is a birthday card I made for David's friend Lindon's birthday on Saturday. I didn't have my new designer paper yet (arrives Monday!), so I had to use Jersey Shore from the last catalog, along with Wild Wasabi. I still love the card, though...and I don't think Lindon will mind, do you?

Business Cards

So I spent a morning creating this lovely business card for my Stampin' Up! business. I used the Always set (that matches my stamp camp for sale) and colored the branch stamp with markers so that I could have a multicolored effect on the front of the card. I used white embossing powder and versamark to make the cute flowers on the back of the card, and popped the final one up with a dimensional. Who do you know that has a 3D business card? Not many! Only us crazy stamping people!

Lisa's Projects

My very good friend, Lisa, sent these cards to me along with some cute incentive stamps all the way from California. Lisa is a former Stampin' Up! Demonstrator but remains a current stamping addict. She just ordered some cute sets from my website and thought that the online ordering process was awesome - so do I!

Pun Fun Treat Bag

Here is a cute treat bag made with Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point, and Tangerine Tango. I used a sample in the September Stampin' Success magazine (available to active demonstrators) as a guide, and then altered it by changing the stamp set to Pun Fun, punching some cute eyelet holes, and adding a white embossed "Happy Birthday" from the Family Phrases set.

Happy "Owl"-oween

Here is a treat that I made for Lisa...thanks for all of your class treat purchases and I hope you had a happy Halloween!

Eastern Blooms Again

Here is another card I made with the Eastern Blooms set. I'm not sure how I feel about all of the white flowers...do you guys think its a bit busy? I still like the color combo, though!

Driver's Education

I used Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery Prints Designer Series Paper and Pacific Point accent circles to complete this page. This was our visit this summer to Legoland. David loved driving all of the different types of cars around.

Wild About David

I loved the layout in the catalog that featured the Wild About You stamp set, so I modified it for a little boy. And I did some dry embossing on the side using one of our Classy Brass templates. This is my David. Isn't he so handsome! Click here and then here to purchase the Wild About You stamp set!

Eastern Blooms

Funny story about this card. I started out trying not to use either a shade of green or blue. Look how that turned out! I didn't even realize until I was done that this card had both. I made this card for the rockin' Lisa in California, and it uses rubons that I customized to make my own doodle-like design. I am falling in love with rubons. They make a very elegant, easy accent. I especially love white colored rubons!

Party Hearty Treat Bag

This Party Hearty Bag I made using the masking technique for the cupcake and candles. This set is awesome, and I plan to use it to make cute classroom treats for birthdays. This bag also introduces our promotion for October. Spend $20 in regular catalog merchandise, and get 20% off select birthday sets, in honor of Stampin' Up!'s 20th birthday! See the flyer under Current Promotions. This 3-D project was inspired by my lovely upline, Angie, who makes the most awesome 3-D items - check her blog out at www.chicnscratch.typepad.com. I'm new at 3-D items - my main passion is scrapbooking and I'm cookin' up a whole bunch of things to post soon! Send requests!
